I haven't purchased the MoM expansion yet, I was going to do the online deal for 30$ but don't want to do that till I get this vcredist_x86.exe thing taken care of. Net framework might need uninstalled then reinstalled which I have done over and with different versions of. I tried manually downloading/installing it after the LOTRO updater keeps having unspecified patch errors after getting to this point "Installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1". Im having errors quite similar to Snikerz, I tried downloading and installing the vcredist_x86.exe from microsoft as well and get the same error 1935 message each and everytime. Now, launch the launcher and repatch the program files again, and see if the patch is able to continue. This will revert the program files for the game to the previous versions. If nothing is found in those folders, then please go to the Backup folder, and copy the contents of the folder out to the main installation folder. Try to launch the launcher again and see if the launcher is able to continue past the previously stuck point. dat then please move the file out to the main directory listed above, and click yes to overwrite it. If you find a complete file with any extension such as. Then try to launch the launcher again and see if the patch continues past the previously stuck point. If you find a temporary file (.tmp), then please delete this file. If you find no files then skip the next 2 sections.
